Caralee Medical Group is a mixed billing practice.

 

Patients who hold a valid Pension Card, Health Care Card, Commonwealth Seniors Health Card or any DVA Card and children 15 and under are bulk billed.

$30 fee failure to attend fee if an appointment is cancelled within 3 hours of the booked time or not attended. .

Long appointment $120 (Medicare rebate $82.90 + out-of-pocket $37.10)

Extra long appointment $160 (Medicare rebate $122.15 + out-of-pocket $37.85)

Phone appointment $80 (If eligible, Medicare rebate $42.85 + out-of-pocket $37.15)

Health Assessments, Mental Health Care Plans and GP Management Plans (Care Plans) will continue to be bulk billed.
